I have big dreams and want to help you explore yours. Whether it is singing and dancing to Harry Styles, Miley Cyrus, heavy metal, 80 and 90s, love ballads, rap, rock or classical music it is important to me that your child knows that there are a hundred “right” way to express themselves and that they will have someone in their life who highlights what is possible for them instead of hyper focusing on what could be improved. I am a music expression mentor with a background in film and television, musical theatre and healthcare. I am incredibly passionate about the connection between self expression and mental health.
